Processing Time

Once you place an order with Liva The Label, we aim to process it within 1 to 3 business days.
Please note:

  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer to process.
  • Weekday orders are usually processed within 1 business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes between 8 – 12 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

Placing an Order

The order process at Liva The Label is designed to be simple and straightforward:

  1. Navigate to the product page and click the “Add to Cart” button.
  2. Make sure you select the correct size/variant.
  3. Click “Proceed to Checkout” and fill in your shipping details.
  4. Double-check all information for accuracy, then click “Continue to Shipping.”
  5. On the shipping page, review your entered details.
  6. Click “Continue to Payment.”

Shipping Costs

All orders are shipped completely free of charge. We cover 100% of the shipping and delivery costs for every customer—no minimum order quantity required.

Shipping Method & Timing

We ship in bulk batches to maintain fair pricing across all our products. Your order will be dispatched as soon as our minimum shipment quantity is reached. We always strive to dispatch as quickly as possible without compromising our service standards.
