At Liva The Label, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make the return process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Can I Return My Order?
Yes. You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it — no explanation needed. We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and that's okay.
Is Return Shipping Free?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we'll cover everything. See below for details.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original, resellable condition
- With all original tags still attached
- Packed securely in a box (not a plastic bag)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Please also note:
- Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unless the item is defective.
- Giveaway items are not eligible for return or refund.
How Do I Return an Item?
- Email us at support@livathelabel.com before sending your return — we do not accept returns without prior notice.
- We'll send you the correct return instructions.
- Include your order number inside the return package.
- Clearly indicate whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.

Can I Exchange an Item?
Absolutely. Simply indicate during the return process that you'd prefer an exchange, and we'll begin processing it as soon as we receive your return. Exchanges are typically completed within a few business days.
If the item you'd like to exchange for is no longer in stock, our team will help you find a suitable alternative — or offer store credit or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
What If My Item Arrived Damaged or Incorrect?
We take great care in preparing every order, but if something isn't right, we want to fix it immediately. Simply send us:
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of what happened
Email these to support@livathelabel.com and we'll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit — at no cost to you.
What If the Return Window Has Passed?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If this window has passed, reach out to us anyway — in some cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
How Long Does a Refund Take?
Once your return is received and approved, we'll process your refund within 14 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done.
Please allow up to 3 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

- Double-check your bank account and any pending transactions.
- Contact your credit card company — processing times can vary.
- Check with your bank directly.
