Can I return my order?
Yes. You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, no explanation needed. We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.
Is returning free of charge?
No, return shipping costs are at your own expense. We do not reimburse shipping fees for returns unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
What are the return conditions?
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original, resellable condition
- With all original tags still attached
- Packed securely in a box (not in a plastic bag)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Please note:
- Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unless defective
- Giveaway items are not eligible for return or refund
How do I return an item?
Please include your order number inside the return package and clearly indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange. This helps us process your return accurately and quickly.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if you indicate during the return process that you'd prefer an exchange, we’ll begin processing it as soon as we receive your return. Exchanges are typically completed within a few business days.
What if the item I want to exchange is no longer in stock?
Our customer service team will help you explore other options. If the item is sold out, we can offer a suitable alternative, issue store credit, or provide a full refund—whichever you prefer.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
We take great care in packing your order, but if something slipped through the cracks, send us a clear photo and short description of the issue. We’ll fix it quickly—whether that’s with a replacement, refund, or credit.
What if I contact you after the return window has closed?
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery. If this window has passed, reach out anyway. In some cases, we may offer you an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done.
Please allow up to 3 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Missing or late refund?
If your refund hasn’t appeared:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take time to process.
- Then check with your bank.
