1. What kind of products does Liva The Label offer?
We offer timeless and wearable pieces designed for women who value comfort, style, and simplicity. From elevated everyday basics to soft statement items — our collections are made to last, not to shout.
2. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your favourites, and click Add to Cart. Head to checkout, complete your details, and confirm payment. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping email with tracking info.
3. Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following secure payment methods:

4. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received it within 4 business days, email us at support@livathelabel.com and we’ll help you out.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — but be quick. Email support@livathelabel.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Use the subject line “Cancel My Order” and include your order number. After 24 hours, we may not be able to make changes.
7. What is your return policy?
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Return shipping is at your own expense.

8. How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days. It may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
9. Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Let us know during the return process and we’ll handle the exchange once your return arrives. If the item you want is no longer available, we’ll offer you an alternative, store credit, or refund.
10. Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is required — but creating one makes it easier to track your orders, manage returns, and check out faster next time.
11. Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All payments are encrypted using SSL technology, and we never store your payment information. We handle your data with care, in line with global privacy standards.
