1. What kind of products does Liva The Label offer?

We offer timeless, wearable pieces designed for women who value comfort, elegance, and simplicity. From luxuriously soft bathrobes to refined sleepwear — our collections are made to be lived in, not saved for special occasions.


2. How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your favourites, and click "Add to Cart." Head to checkout, complete your details, and confirm your payment. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping email with your tracking information.


3. Which payment methods are accepted?

4. How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received it within 4 business days of ordering, email us at support@livathelabel.com and we'll look into it for you straight away.


5. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand, with free shipping on every order — no minimum spend required.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — but please act quickly. Email us at support@livathelabel.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Use the subject line "Cancel My Order" and include your order number. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes.


7. What is your return policy?

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags still attached. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

8. How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and approve your return, we'll process your refund within 14 business days. Please allow a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.


9. Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Simply let us know during the return process that you'd prefer an exchange, and we'll handle it as soon as your return arrives. If the item you'd like is no longer available, we'll offer you a suitable alternative, store credit, or a full refund — whichever you prefer.


10. Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is required — you can check out as a guest. That said, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, manage returns, and check out faster next time.


11. Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All payments are encrypted using SSL technology, and we never store your payment information. Your personal data is handled with the utmost care, in full accordance with Australian privacy law and global privacy standards.
