Products and availability

Read the individual product description, composition, available size options and care guidance before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Contact us for measurements if the product page does not provide them. Product availability can change; if we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are shown in AUD. Review the selected variant, quantity, delivery address and final total before paying. Payment options available for your order are displayed at checkout. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. If you notice an error or want to cancel, contact us promptly. We will try to assist before fulfilment, but a dispatched order may need to follow the returns process.

Delivery and returns

Australian shipping is free. Processing takes an estimated 1–3 business days, with delivery estimated at 8–12 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for tracking and delivery support and our Refund Policy for change-of-mind returns and remedies for product problems.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Our 30-day change-of-mind policy is additional to these rights. We do not limit statutory remedies to store credit or exclude them for sale items.

Privacy and responsible use

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Supply accurate order details and use the store lawfully. Store content and imagery may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

Questions and disputes

These terms do not prevent you from contacting the relevant consumer protection authority or exercising rights available under applicable law. Updated terms apply to future purchases; changes do not remove rights attached to an existing order.
